This is a quick post before a longer one tomorrow! I just wanted to show you the video of my Spirit Guide, Nathan I took tonight! If you keep watching you will also see some other faces as well.
I have uploaded four spooky videos on my Youtube Channel Woman In Black. They include, ghostly figures of Men In Black in my lounge along with giant Spirit Orbs and some more ghostly faces in the mirror. You can also see some of them on my sister blog, Writing With Angels along with the next part of Forget Me Nots, my Ghost/Paranormal Romance dealing with the impact of past lives on the present and eternal love.
It all seems so amusing after watching the first Men In Black movie on TV last night! When the film was on there was a lot of movement from my Guides around the room and many small darts of light. Maybe they were trying to tell me something! :) Anyway check out the video and let me know what you think!
I had a disturbed sleep last night and afterwards I recorded the video early morning to try and find out what was going on in the house. I haven't been able to sleep for a while. It is probably due to stress over the divorce but last night it was due to something totally different. There have been strange sounds in the house off and on which have become more noticeable since my ex left and the dog was sent up North to my mother-in-laws for a while. Every house makes a noise at night but you get to know its creaks and groans. They are familiar and comforting. However, when you hear other sounds on top of the usual ones your ears prick up.
This has happened on more than a few occasions necessitating in me sleeping with headphones on listening to an audiobook most of the night so I can block it out and sleep. I keep waking up anyway off and on through the night and usually around 2am then just after 4am. Same times most nights. Last night I woke with a start at 2pm. Over the headphones I heard a bang. I tried to ignore it and the fact that it was coming from the upstairs landing. I'd heard similar sounds before and I tried to console myself it was just my Guides, or as I affectionately call them, my MIBs walking around doing their usual security detail. :) However it happened again. I got up knowing no one in the flesh was in the house because the alarm hadn't gone off. I could see nothing and my daughter wasn't up.
I returned to bed and hoped things would settle down. How wrong I was! Putting my headphones in again I settled down only to hear yet another loud bang. This time I was up on my feet pretty sharpish and ready to remonstrate with whoever in the spirit world was trying to attract my attention in the middle of the night! I stormed across the landing checking everywhere again and could see nothing. I heard my daughter stir in her room and I called out to her wondering if she had heard anything. She'd heard the same. But there was more to come.
Crossing the landing towards her room something white rushed past me. I stopped dead feeling creeped out. It hadn't been black and one of my MIBs. Someone was in the house from the Spirit Realm who shouldn't be. That was it! Slightly afraid I went in to my daughter's room and bunked there. She was disturbed as well. When we woke in the morning she told me that she had also heard a woman's voice calling out for help in the middle of the night. I'd had my headphones on again desperately trying to ignore any other noises and my MIBs who I could see walking around and guarding us. But I do vaguely remember hearing a cry during the night not at the same time as my daughter and put the muffled sound down to the Barn Owl that frequently visits. My daughter was adamant she heard a woman calling for help. So who knows I might have heard her as well!
Around 6.20 it started again, this time in the ensuite bathroom. Luckily it was a fit time to get up and let the day in. When my daughter was in the shower I walked across the landing testing the floorboards and discovered some of the more quieter sounds were floorboards moving around when someone walks on them. I took a video upstairs and as usual I captured some orbs in the bedroom, and my office. Taking another one downstairs I found the lounge full of them. I know it isn't the house, it's something to do with me. I am having experiences all of the time and when I go out. They are trying to get my attention. Luckily I have my MIBs. Check out the video of the two I caught on video standing behind me.

Sunday night blues depressing you? No worries. I will do all I can to make you laugh and forget them for a while. How has your weekend gone?
Well my principal Man In Black has continued his obsession of showing me stars wherever I go. Your Spirit Guides and Angels will show you something over and over again to get a message across and it will become obsessive if you don't listen or see. More than often Nathan will communicate just my talking in my mind. But occasionally I have heard him loud and clear in his own voice. It was very odd hearing a male voice echo loudly in your mind instead of what spirit normally do and come in via your voice. That was when I learnt he was American and from around the 1920s. He even had the nerve to call me his Doll to a Medium once! Lol. So I am guessing he might have been Mob! It just gets better.
Nathan has been showing me stars in all forms since before Christmas and continues to do so in the most vigorous way. Christmas was easy for him because he used every Christmas star he could find. Everywhere I went in the two small towns near me I saw stars hanging in windows, in offices, on clothes, on TV, on cards and woe betide me if I saw a Starbucks or watched Star Trek. They were everywhere! Even the word Star written down. They weren't all Christmas ones. I sat down on a bench in the town to fix my boots and there was a gold star stuck on it! Anyway it has continued and today he pushed it more. The man is relentless! I suppose if you had a mission and a plan you were given to follow from beyond on earth with your charge, you would have to find new inventive ways to get the message code across. Must be frustrating if the person isn't listening!!!
This morning I turned on the TV and Martin Kemp was doing an advert for his new show, Going For Gold. He walked up to the camera with a smile in a black suit and held up a large star!!! Then I have seen him on and off through the day with a black suit on Saturday Kitchen Best Bites and online in a image of a shower of gold stars. So why am I so dumb and not getting the message? Because I can't find it in my heart to believe Nathan. I am a doubting Thomas I guess.
I am in the middle of a divorce and feeling both bitter and very angry, not to mention the terrible hurt. I see my future as bleak and my career even worse. I feel stuck. It is one of those times when you feel you are stagnating and all the doors are all locked. Sounds like a Nordic Noir drama I just watched called Trapped! I believe the stars represent my career and the abundance that is to come. I just wish I could allow my self to see it actually happening. I guess I don't believe I am worth it or that I deserve it.
This brings me neatly on to a new Spiritual book I have been listening to as an Audiobook by Gabrielle Bernstein called, The Universe Has Your Back. This is something else Nathan has been literally shoving in my face. The circumstances of my divorce left me angry at the Universe and doubting any help I might receive. I knew my husband from 17 and have tried to control the baffling and frightening change to my life despite my MIB's insistence all is well and they will take care of me. I have refused to believe the Universe would care about a woman like me. Slowly but surely the message has dawned on me that I should fall backwards with my eyes closed and let the Universe catch me. I won't be let down and the future is so bright, I have to wear shades as the songs says! On top of the stars they keep showing me crosses to emphasise the point. I was even shown the stars making the shape of a cross and a large star in the sky at night. There is no escape.
In the book, Gabrielle Bernstein talks about surrender and letting go. You will be caught and all detours and obstacles are part of the plan to get you on the right track. So I am trying to let go. Cue the song! Not easy for an obsessive compulsive disorder person, I can tell you. It is all I have left. I am not good at trusting anyone or anything so this is major for me. I told you I had issues!
As Doreen Virtue says, if you see a symbol or number more than three times you are being given a message. Make sure you hear and see it. Follow your star and let go of the crap! Everything will be alright!

So what's this blog all about? Well, if you have been reading my posts on my Writing With Angels Blog you will know about the mystery of the Men In Black Spirits around me who act like security guards from the spirit world and help me write as an author. Crazy? Probably but I have the video evidence to prove it! :) I will give you a link to that later on. This blog is a diary of my experiences with them and how they have become a big influence in my life both as an author, a Spiritual Medium and an ordinary woman with issues! :)
I have hidden my experiences with the Men In Black for a long time but now I am coming out of the closet. My Writing With Angels Blog detailed how I first saw them when writing a book back in 2010 but I know they have been around me since I was born. There is a lot of stuff online about MIBs but I am not sure there are any in this form. My MIBs serve as Spiritual Guides, Protectors and Gurus if you like. They are always there and never leave my side. I clearly id not come to this world on my own. I don't think anyone does after what I have seen.
As a Medium I see them physically as well as in my mind's eyes. I also feel their touch and occasionally hear them talking. Even now as I sit here in Costas in the corner located in a department store, I can see them wandering up and down making sure the area is secure. :) There is a young lady in spirit who used to work in the store and she keeps trying to grab my attention walking up and down next to them. She is there every time I go in which is often and she chats both to me and them. She must have had clearance to approach and talk to me because they don't allow anyone in spirit near me unless it is important. Lol. They get pretty defensive and stand in front of me urging the spirit to go away. I am only occasionally allowed to give readings. I have been told by them that my spiritual work is to be concentrated in my writing! And I do as I am told. Why so much security around me? Why are they all men? Beats me. I am nobody. But there is and its an army. They treat me like a VIP and I find it very comforting not to mention special. I'd like to think everyone gets this treatment from Spirit.
Angels? Not sure. They always wear a black suit complete with sunglasses and look like they just walked out of a Prada shoot. One of the first times I saw the handsome MIB I call Nathan who considers himself my principal MIB guide, he was dressed in the suit and a long black wool coat. He stood by the window in my bedroom in the middle of the night when I came out of the bathroom in my old nightdress with hair all over the place looking like a bloody scarecrow. It was bloody embarrassing I can tell you. Knowing him more now he probably did it deliberately to wind me up. Lol.
I have to admit having them around makes me feel safe but it can also put a dent in your privacy. Still I am not sure I could go to sleep at night now if they weren't there walking around at the bottom of the bed and through all the other rooms in the house. I would find it odd to be without them.
They inspire my stories whether they be erotic romance, thrillers or even vampire novels. Some of the suggestions they make for the erotic stories are pretty funny. If you know my work as Arabella Kingsley you will note that my book covers always feature a rich well dressed man on the front in either a black suit or more than often, a tuxedo. One of their suggestions I loved. Men look great in a tux. It also carries the theme of the MIB phenomena in my life out in to the world. I wouldn't care I even dress in black a lot myself with dark sunglasses. Weird! Black is my favourite colour along with red. Maybe I am a WIB in disguise? ;)
